Ingredients.

Syrup.

• 1 cup (tea) of sugar.
• half a cup (tea) of hot water.

Pudding

• 1 Condensed Milk (can or box) of your choice.
• 2 measures (from the can) of Whole Milk.
• 3 eggs.

Method of preparation.

Syrup.

1. In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
2. Add the hot water and stir with a spoon.
3. Let it boil until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
4. Line a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) with the syrup and set aside.

Pudding.

1. In a blender, blend all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved mold.
2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3. Once cold, refrigerate for about 6 hours.
4. Unmold and serve next.
