Very Tasty Yakissoba With Instant Noodles.

As we mentioned previously, the ingredients for this recipe are easy to find and are often not missing at home. However, if you can't find the ingredients, you can adapt as you wish. So we will need:

• 3 packages 85 g of instant noodles.
• 8 cups of boiling water.
• 1 clove of chopped garlic.
• 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
• 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
• 1 lemon juice.
• ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
• 2 cups of broccoli.
• 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
• ½ medium onion, thinly sliced.

Side dishes:

• 2 tablespoons of sliced chives.
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander.
• 1½ tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds.

Method of preparation:

1. In a bowl, preferably a large one, place the instant noodles and add boiling water (the seasoning packet that comes with the instant noodles can be discarded). Then, leave the pasta immersed for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to loosen it well. Drain and wash with cold water. Now book.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, cornstarch, sesame oil, lime juice, and soy sauce. Mix well, and also set aside.

3. Using another bowl, place the broccoli and microwave for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until tender. So also book.

4. Now, in a large non-stick frying pan (it may be the one you have too), over high heat, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add the meat and add 2 tablespoons of the reserved sauce. Cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. Heat another teaspoon of olive oil in the frying pan and add the onion. Cook, stirring constantly until golden. Be careful not to burn.

6. Add the broccoli and fry until slightly golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Observation:

Be sure to use a large non-stick pan when frying the noodles to avoid sticking. If using a low-sodium soy sauce, you can season the noodles with salt.
